Clan of Former High King Aeril
The old High King of Battania was Aeril of fen Uthelhain. Aeril is the adoptive father of Caladog and the grandfather of Mengus, Corein and Merag.
The fen Uthelhain clan may have originated from the village of Uthelaim.
Aeril's daughter may originally have been part of this Battanian clan along with Tasiel but this is all largely speculation.
