This character is the head of the fen Penraic of Battania. He is the husband of Eabyr. Taking the settlements owned by fen Penraic, and in turn, Luichan - fen Penraic actually has a monopoly on the horse industry of Battania along with owning the town Seonon. Owning both the horse breeding villages of Glintor and Swenryn.

Fiarad and Fenagan's relation to fen Penraic is not known - family / adoption / reward - it is unknown. Probably just cousins.

In the lords.XML her character his this note attached "Luichan, former clan 2, made independent. Decent, somewhat naive".

Former clan 2, clan 2 is fen Derngil, he's a family member of Ergeon and relative of Aeril. He's a lieutenant of the clan as well.
