A village of Battania owned by Aeron of the fen Giall. Fenon Etir's description mentions producing wine but in-game they actually produce iron ore. Fenon Etir is a village of Pen Cannoc.

"Fenon Etir sits on an outcrop overlooking the source of the Etir river, a tributary of the Trand. Villagers here raise grapes, producing strong Battanian wines that are highly valued in the Empire and among the Vlandians."
